This policy explains how Hominterio ("Hominterio", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit hominterio.in or contact us about interior design services. We process personal data in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws.

When you send an enquiry by WhatsApp, email or phone, or when we work on your project, we may collect:

• your name, phone number and email address;
• the address or locality of your property, its type and size;
• your requirements, budget range, floor plans and photos you choose to share;
• billing details needed to issue quotations and invoices.

The enquiry form on this website does not store your details on our servers. It opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you choose to send it.

Information collected automatically

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages requested in order to deliver the site securely. Fonts are served by Google Fonts and the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps; these services may receive your IP address when the page loads, under their own privacy policies.

How we use your information

• to respond to your enquiry and arrange consultations and site visits;
• to prepare designs, quotations, timelines and invoices;
• to carry out, supervise and support your project, including warranty service;
• to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages unless you ask us to.

Sharing

We share information only where needed to deliver your project or as required by law, for example with:

• our own designers, site supervisors and installation team;
• manufacturers and suppliers who need measurements or delivery details;
• accountants, auditors or authorities where the law requires it.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry details for up to 24 months if a project does not go ahead. Project and billing records are kept for as long as the law requires, typically eight years for tax records, and for any warranty period.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or withdraw consent you have given, by writing to info@hominterio.in. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

Security

This website is served only over HTTPS. Project files are kept in access-controlled accounts and shared only with people working on your project.

Children

Our services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
